Freeze Dried Strawberry Cheese Pie

• 8 ounces plain cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 8 ounces whipped cream
• 1 prepared graham cracker crust
• 2 packages Fruitwell freeze dried strawberries
• 2 Tbs butter

Beat the cream cheese until smooth with an electric mixer. Gradually mix in the sugar. Add in the sour cream and vanilla until just combined. Fold in the whipped cream. Scrape mixture into the piecrust. Chill in the refrigerator for 6 hours to set.

For the Topping: Crush the freeze dried strawberries into smaller pieces and sprinkle them on top of the pie. This is will add flavor AND texture to your creamy Cheese Pie!
